Lindsay Bain is the founder of Nibwaakaa Consulting, a 100% Anishinaabe-owned firm providing Indigenous-led regulatory, governance, and strategic advisory services. Her work focuses on operationalizing Indigenous law within development, compliance, and environmental decision-making processes.
An Anishinaabe scholar from Waabigonii Zaaga’igan Anishinaabeg in Treaty #3 Territory, Lindsay holds a Master of Public Policy from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (2024) and a BA (Advanced) in Global Political Economy from the University of Manitoba (2022). She is currently completing a Professional LLM in Energy and Infrastructure Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
