Jessica Wright is a Partner and Senior Environmental Scientist at Consor Canada with 18 years of experience working on complex infrastructure, energy, and development projects across Ontario, Canada, and internationally. Her work focuses on Environmental Impact Assessment and regulatory compliance, where she leads or contributes to multidisciplinary teams, guides permitting strategies, and helps clients navigate legislation such as the Fisheries Act, Endangered Species Act, and Species at Risk Act.

Beyond project work, Jessica is deeply committed to strengthening the professional community. She previously served as Vice President and President of the Ontario Chapter of the American Fisheries Society, helping deliver conferences and training that brought practitioners together to share ideas and advance the field. She has co-led sessions at the OAIA Conference, hosted a well‑attended webinar on ESA changes, and continues to contribute to thought leadership within impact assessment.
Jessica is passionate about being curious and learning, and in turn hopes to improving how we assess, communicate, and manage environmental effects. Jessica is excited to support OAIA’s role in shaping the future of impact assessment in Ontario.
