Hayley Austin, B.E.S.

Hayley Austin, B.E.S., is an Environmental Assessment Planner with Stantec Consulting Ltd. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability, where she also obtained a Diploma in Environmental Assessment. Hayley has been working at Stantec since 2022. She is involved in federal, provincial, and municipal environmental assessments for mining, energy, and transportation projects in Ontario.

Hayley has been a volunteer with OAIA’s Communications Committee and presenter at OAIA’s annual conference in 2021 as an undergrad and Director on the Board of OAIA and Communications Committee Co-Chair since January of 2023. She is the Secretary of OAIA and IAIA Liaison for 2024.
