Blair Shoniker, M.A., RPP is a Principal and Senior Environmental Planner with GHD Limited and has over 18 years of environmental planning experience, both in private consulting and the public sector. Blair has extensive experience in the environmental field, including conducting environmental assessments and consultation programs, and providing strategic advice on implementing environmental programs and policies. He is a leading expert in conducting environmental assessments in the context of the Federal (Impact Assessment Act) and Provincial (Ontario Environmental Assessment Act) legislation. He has been involved in a variety of environmental assessment projects for waste management facilities, provincial highways, renewable energy approvals, municipal roads, and water and wastewater infrastructure throughout Canada.
