Tomasz Wlodarczyk, B.Sc., M.E.S., is a Senior Advisor, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment with SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. He has over 28 years’ experience, providing expertise in numbers of areas including: strategic planning, environmental and socio-economic impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment, program evaluation, policy development and research. Tomasz specializes in undertaking EAs under federal and various provincial and territorial legislation. He is also an expert in conducting “community well-being” analyses aimed at maximizing community benefits and achieving shared value solutions between communities and project proponents. He is experienced in all phases of project planning and execution including: strategic planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of projects.
Tomasz has conducted or participated in environmental and socio-economic assessments for a variety of mining, transportation and enabling infrastructure (e.g., airports and port facilities, pipelines, transmission lines, fibre optic cables, waste management facilities and access road developments), energy developments (e.g., hydroelectric, nuclear and fossil), and nuclear waste management facilities. Tomasz has been trained and has undertaken training of others in how to present evidence government reviewers and hearing panels.
