Terri Rogers is a Senior Environmental Planner with the Ministry of Transportation’s Northeast office. She has been managing the environmental assessment components of highway projects since 2008, primarily focusing on the planning, design and construction of the Highway 69 four laning between Parry Sound and Sudbury. Terri is particularly interested in wildlife and species at risk impact assessment and mitigation design, working to reduce wildlife mortality and habitat fragmentation through improved design and construction practices. Prior to working at MTO, Terri was a Project Officer with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks in the Environmental Assessment Branch, managing the province’s review and approvals process for a variety of individual Environmental Assessments.
