Dorothy Moszynski, B.A. Hons., MA.Sc. studied Urban and Regional Planning (B.A. Hons.) and Environmental Applied Science and Management (grad) at Ryerson University. She worked briefly in consulting and has worked at the Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks since 2008 mainly at the Central Regional Office and the Environmental Assessment Branch. Dorothy has worked in environmental assessment (EA) for the majority of her professional career. In her current role she has worked on major EA projects such as the realignment of the eastern portion of the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard, and the proposed wastewater solutions for Upper York Region. As of 2021 Dorothy is the Ministry Co-Lead on road projects being planned by First Nation proponents in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario. She has attended OAIA conferences in the past and is excited to be a new OAIA Board member.
